Reynold's Parchment Paper

I was very excited to purchase me a roll of this stuff. Especially since learning one cannot use wax paper in the same manner as parchment paper. FYI: Causes strange smells and small amounts of smoke if you do. Anywho...I used the parchment paper on broiling chicken first. Great results EXCEPT the edges curl up and onto any food near the side of the cookie sheet. The paper was very thick and did not tear when I used metal tongs to flip the chicken. Yes, I know I'm brilliant. I used it again with some cookies...same thing happened and the edges curled, with a few cookie casualties. *le SOB* Still edible just *gasp* ugly. I don't want to talk about it.

Would definitely recommend Reynold's Parchment Paper. Just be careful with your cookies...
